You can either write out a list (five positive and five dislikes minimum) or write out at least a paragraph, or both. Whatever fancies your taste. A table has been made for you if you want to use the list, but remove it if you don't use it.

The spirit once lived in the village of Asuka when spirits and humans lived together. She protected the village, warding evil spirits away while bring good luck to the few she believed deserved it. Kuu was a popular spirit with the humans due to the fact that she was always helping them. Then one by one the humans began forcing the spirits out, good and bad. She was one of the last few to be chased away.

Despite being chased out, she felt no ill feelings towards the humans, understanding why they wanted the spirits gone. Afterwards, she spent her time at Meiju Jingu Shrine, deep within the Meiju forest. Most of her time was spent helping other spirits or travelers who had lost their way deep within the woods. Many humans still travel back to the Meiju Jingu Shrine to offer their thanks to the helping spirit. 

To this day, she still resides at the shrine, offering help wherever it may be needed. Though she is known to be one of the few spirits that travels to the village to interact with the humans. Those who are nice enough, gain her good fortune and luck. Despite her desire to befriend and help all humans she deems worthy, Kuu tries her hardest to keep to herself in hopes that no one will find out what she really is. The last thing she wants is to cause trouble after so many years of peace.
